Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies for FMCG products through the reseller channel.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the reseller network.Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring achievement of company objectiv

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.Develop and implement sales plans and action plans to achieve targ

Team Leadership & Development:Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.Assign sales territories and set individual and team g


oals.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.Reseller Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key resellers, distributors, and reta


ilers.
Conduct regular meetings with resellers to discuss sales performance, opportunities, and chal


lenges.
Resolve issues and address concerns raised by re


sellers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with resellers.Reporting & Analysis:Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for ma


nagement.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Track and monitor sales performance agains


t targets.
