Role Overview
The Sales Team Lead – International (IT Hardware) is responsible for leading and developing an international sales team while driving revenue growth across global markets. This role combines hands-on selling with team leadership, strategy execution, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate an international sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive international sales growth for IT hardware products including servers, storage, networking, CISCO , DELL and end-user devices.
- Manage key global accounts and strategic customers alongside team responsibilities.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for team members.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM activity to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Support the team in complex negotiations, large deals, and high-value opportunities.
- Develop and implement international sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new markets, partners, distributors, and reseller opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain competitiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development plans for team members.
- Represent the company at international meetings, partner engagements, and trade events.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in international B2C IT hardware sales.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware solutions and vendor ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience managing complex, multi-country sales pipelines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
Desirable
- Experience managing sales teams across UK, EMEA, or global regions.
- Established network of international customers, distributors, or vendors.
- Familiarity with export processes, Incoterms, and international logistics.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
