Sales Team Lead

As a Team Lead - POA (Power of Attorney), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Consultants while also contributing individually to overall sales performance. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring process compliance, mentoring team members, and delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience across the end-to-end POA journey.


Responsibilities:

 Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.

 Drive conversion of inbound and outbound leads through consultative and solution-oriented selling.

 Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, productivity, and pipeline health.

 Ensure accurate understanding and communication of POA products as well as other extended services, processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.

 Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.

 Support the team in building strong, trust-based relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant POA and allied services.

 Collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

 Prepare, review, and analyze sales reports, MIS, and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement areas.


Education & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.

 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in consultative or service-based sales, with at least 1 year in a teamhandling or supervisory role.

 Experience in legal, financial, or documentation services will be an added advantage.

 Highly structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

 Ability to manage priorities, meet targets, and lead by example.
