Sales Team Leader

We’re looking for a driven *Sales TL* to manage our tender operations and spearhead successful project acquisitions.

Job Description:

- Lead and mentor the tender team through the bidding process

- Oversee end-to-end tender submissions for government and private clients

- Review RFPs, RFQs, and E-Tender portals for new opportunities

- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely submission

- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal departments

- Analyze bid outcomes and continuously improve strategy

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
