We’re Hiring: Sales Team Leader

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–5 years in Sales/Team Handling

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to guide, motivate, and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching/feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire and drive a high-performance team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results.
