Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consulting, along with proven leadership experience. You will be responsible for managing team performance, streamlining operations, and ensuring client satisfaction by staying updated with immigration policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of immigration consultants, fostering growth and high performance.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and compliant processing of client cases.
• Set and monitor individual and team goals, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Review and approve immigration applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve complex or escalated client issues with professionalism.
• Deliver regular training and updates on immigration laws and industry best practices.
• Implement strategies to enhance service quality and team efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and client journey.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Expert knowledge of immigration regulations and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (certifications in immigration consulting are a plus).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English is mandatory.
