Job Description:
D&S Homes Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Property Consultants to lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, support property consultants in closing deals, and contribute to the company’s overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members.
• Assist team members in closing property deals and negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
• Recruit and onboard new property consultants when required.
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure the team maintains high standards of client service.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies and market opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and market trends.
