The Team Leader – Real Estate Sales will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, ensuring high-quality client service, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a strong brand presence in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of property consultants to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for team members.
  • Train and guide new agents on company systems, sales techniques, and local market knowledge.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for primary and secondary property markets.
  • Oversee prospecting, property listings, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
  • Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and after-sales service.
