Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying/selling process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property listings, and legal regulations
• Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and integrity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and documentation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
• UAE driving license and own car preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
