Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Team Leader manages and motivates a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets, generate listings, and close property transactions in Dubai’s real estate market while ensuring compliance with regulations from the Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of real estate agents.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support agents in negotiations and closing property deals.
  • Generate new listings and build relationships with clients and developers.
  • Monitor market trends and advise clients on property investments.
  • Ensure all transactions follow RERA and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
  • Previous team leadership experience.
  • Valid RERA broker card.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai property market (off-plan and secondary).

Compensation

Basic salary + commission + performance incentives.
