We are currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, structure, and scale a high-performing sales division within the Abu Dhabi market.

This is a leadership role designed for a professional who combines strong market intelligence, investor engagement experience, and proven team management capability to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in Abu Dhabi, implement data-driven strategies, and maximize team performance.

The ideal candidate has a solid track record within the Abu Dhabi real estate market and experience working with high-net-worth individuals and international investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans using market data and analytics
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and identify high-potential opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders
  • Implement targeted sales strategies for both local and international clients
  • Analyze market trends and economic indicators to refine pricing and positioning
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand positioning and client acquisition

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate sales leadership experience in Abu Dhabi
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate landscape and project ecosystem
  • Established investor network and industry connections
  • Experience working with high-net-worth and cross-border clients
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • International certifications such as CIPS or CCIM are considered an advantage
