About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
- Outreach: Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria to build a healthy pipeline.
- Coordination: Schedule product demos and meetings for senior sales executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM.
- Nurturing: Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing professional proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence: Comfortable speaking with international clients over phone and video calls.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of business technology and a willingness to learn complex SaaS products.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of any CRM or Lead Generation tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferred but NOT REQUIRED
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- A basic understanding of the B2B sales environment.
