About the Role

Are you an enthusiastic, driven individual looking to kickstart a high-growth career in the tech industry? Livetecs is seeking a Sales Trainee who is eager to master the world of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.

This is not just a job; it’s a launchpad. You will receive structured training, direct mentorship, and hands-on exposure to modern sales tools, helping you evolve from a trainee into a high-performing sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Coordination: Schedule product demos and meetings for senior sales executives.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM.
  • Nurturing: Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing professional proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence: Comfortable speaking with international clients over phone and video calls.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of business technology and a willingness to learn complex SaaS products.
  • Tools: Basic knowledge of any CRM or Lead Generation tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferred but NOT REQUIRED
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • A basic understanding of the B2B sales environment.
