TeknoFlair is a growing WordPress Plugin Development Agency, specializing in LMS (LearnDash), communities (BuddyBoss), and membership solutions (PMPro). We work with global clients to build scalable websites and custom plugin solutions.

Position: Sales Trainee (Full-time, Onsite in Karachi)

We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive Sales Trainee who is eager to learn and grow in sales and business development. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain practical exposure in an international IT/Software business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and social media.
• Research and identify potential clients in global markets.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Support content and marketing tasks where needed.
• Maintain organized records of outreach and communication activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or related).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Tech and social media savvy – familiar with LinkedIn, online research, and digital tools.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to take ownership.
• Prior experience in sales, BD, or freelancing platforms is a plus (not mandatory).
