SALES TRAINER

l. Conducting induction & training for the entire Sales manpower of Arena, True Value & Commercial

and prepare employee data for training and training completed and to submit once in every 3 months.

2. Groom the participants for the Sales Contest happening half yearly.

3. Conducting basic induction sessions for all the back offiie staff about the products of the company.

4. Conducting refreshment training for all Sales manpowei.

5. Monthly Training intimation to MSIL and Sales Team.

6. Preparation of Monthly training calendar.

7. Coordinate MSIL Training being conducted at dealership.

8. Maintaining adequate manpower for each training by coordinating with HRD.

9. Field hand holding for the new joined Sales Officers, Sales Executives & Team Leaders.

10. Various initiatives to be put forward for motivating the Sales Team and coordinate for various

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
