Sales Trainer and Development

• Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and CRM tools.
• Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding sessions for new sales hires to ensure a strong start and quick ramp-up time.
• Ongoing Development: Conduct regular skill assessments and provide coaching and workshops to improve sales effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, product teams, and HR to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Content Creation: Create engaging learning materials such as manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and role-play scenarios.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and training techniques

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
