We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives & Sales Coordinators for our Truck Driver Onboarding division. In this role, you will play a vital role as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outgoing calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our services.
• Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
• Provide assistance and guidance to clients, facilitating easy setup and collaboration with our company.
• Handle both emergency and non-emergency calls, promptly addressing customer concerns.
• Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, offering effective solutions to meet customer needs.
• Assess incoming calls, prioritizing them based on urgency and importance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on proper grammar.
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with relevant software applications.
• Strong multitasking abilities to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
