Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our US Real Estate campaign (Night Shift). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients in the US, and converting prospects into successful real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective buyers and investors in the US real estate market.
  • Explain property details, investment opportunities, and closing processes to clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the in-house marketing and property listing teams for updated project information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – US accent preferred.
  • Prior experience in international BPO / sales process is mandatory (US campaign preferred).
  • Knowledge or background in US real estate / property investments is a strong plus.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
  • Availability for night shifts (US Time Zone).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
