The Division:
Jonas Chorum is a suite of streamlined, intuitive and flexible property management solutions, designed to provide hotels with everything they need to operate more efficiently and cost effectively, all while delivering a personalized guest experience. Product offerings include Chorum PMS, Chorum CRS, Chorum POS and Chorum Sync. The cloud-based platform features a lineup of high-tech applications and user-friendly features, making it a superior software solution for independent hotels, chain hotels and hotel management companies.

The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, improving system functionality, and supporting our sales, marketing, and service teams to maximize productivity and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
  • Maintain and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Data Management
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and deduplication.
  • Import, update, and export data as needed.

Process Optimization
  • Develop and implement automation solutions (flows, process builder) to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Training & Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries.
  • Train end-users and develop documentation for best practices.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). Page

Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes
  • Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools.
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
