Role Overview:


We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Salesforce CRM platform across the business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about systems, process improvement, and empowering our sales and recruitment teams with accurate, actionable data.


This is a key role that bridges technology and business, ensuring our agents and leadership teams can make smart, data-driven decisions efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day operations of Salesforce, including user setup, data integrity, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to suit Rosenheim’s real estate processes (e.g. lead management, deal tracking, listings, and client relationships).
  • Implement automation, validation rules, and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain data cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Train and support team members on Salesforce best practices, tools, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with third-party developers or Salesforce support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement new features that align with business goals.
  • Generate regular performance and pipeline reports to support management and recruitment teams.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and identify opportunities for optimization or integration with other systems.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud experience preferred; Service Cloud a plus).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or higher) highly desirable.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in CRM administration or data management, ideally in real estate or sales-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, data architecture, and automation tools (e.g. Flows, Process Builder).
  • Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple priorities.
