Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications that support business processes across sales, service, and operations. The role involves customizing Salesforce, building integrations, and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

 Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes

 Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems (ERP, marketing tools, portals)

 Develop and optimize Lightning Experience components and user interfaces

 Implement and manage Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)

 Perform unit testing, code reviews, and follow Salesforce best practices

 Support data migration, data quality, and deployment activities

 Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

 Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing Salesforce support

Required Skills & Experience:

 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer

 Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce

 Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

 Hands-on experience with API integrations and middleware tools

 Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce governor limits

 Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD)

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in real estate, ERP, or CRM-heavy environments

 Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud

 Familiarity with DevOps tools and automated deployments

 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Certifications (Preferred)

 Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

 Salesforce Administrator (a plus)
