Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in platform customization, integration, and automation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on Salesforce
• Customize using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers
• Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Perform data migration and cleansing using Data Loader
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce tools and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT or related field
• 3–6 years Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce
• Hands-on with Salesforce integrations & APIs
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture & security model
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory); Developer II preferred
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
