Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, with a strong grasp of customization, integration, and automation. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers
• Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform data migration, cleansing, and import/export using tools like Data Loader
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues as they arise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, and deployment tools
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Developer II or other certifications are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in team environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
