Salesforce LWC Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and customization. The candidate should be able to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

  • Work on Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and integrations.

  • Develop responsive, high‑performance UI components using Salesforce Lightning framework.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.

  • Work closely with admins, QA, and other technical teams for smooth releases.

  • Diagnose and fix issues related to LWC, Apex, integrations, and configurations.

  • Follow Salesforce security, performance, and governor limits.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

  • Solid knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and asynchronous operations.

  • Good understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Best Practices.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Strong debugging skills and experience using Developer Console, VS Code, and Salesforce Extensions.

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (preferred).

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Process Automation.

  • Understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices.

  • Salesforce certifications like:

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)

    • Platform Developer II (Good to have)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4–10 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on LWC.
