Position: Salesforce Administrator
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The role involves managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce platform to ensure it effectively supports business operations and drives efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and applications.
  • Configure, upgrade, and integrate Salesforce to meet business needs.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and groups.
  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including setup, deactivation, and assignments.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Support users and encourage adoption of Salesforce tools across the organization.
  • Import and maintain sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows in Sales Cloud.
  • Perform database maintenance, including duplicate cleansing and diagnostic checks.
  • Manage new Salesforce releases, upgrades, and provide user training and support.
  • Document processes, system changes, and error reports.
  • Provide regular reporting for sales and other business departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce roles, profiles, workflows, and permissions.
  • Experience in user and license management processes.
  • Solid understanding of data management, including imports, cleansing, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, including custom reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, release management, and upgrades.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Understanding of sales processes and workflows (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
