Salesman Expert

Job Description:
We are hiring a Salesman for our Interior & Wall Panel Products. The ideal candidate should be energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales. You will be responsible for promoting wall panels, engaging potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell wall panels to clients in the local market.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales and client communications.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field.
• Residency: Only permanent residents of Rawalpindi or Islamabad living with their families are eligible to apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic and target-driven mindset.

Compensation:

• Starting Salary: PKR 30,000 per month (up to PKR 50,000 based on experience and expertise).
• Commission: Performance-based, ranging from PKR 1,000 to PKR 100,000+ monthly. Top performers earn high commissions through wall panel sales.
