Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to promote and sell our Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions to businesses across retail, restaurants, and other sectors. This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in retail, hospitality, and related industries.
• Conduct product presentations and demos, explaining features and benefits clearly.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with management.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts with the sales team.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams for seamless customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide regular reports.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in software, POS, or IT products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits.
