Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for our marketing services. The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident in client communication, and has a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Present and sell marketing services including digital marketing, branding, social media, and advertising solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Conduct 200+ outbound calls per day and follow up with prospects
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for proposal development
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive (marketing or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, or branding services
  • B2B sales experience
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and LinkedIn outreach
