Key Responsibilities

• Learn how to monitor and manage salon stock (cosmetics, spa essentials, tools, consumables)
• Assist in tracking product usage by stylists and technicians
• Maintain inventory records in Excel / Google Sheets under supervision
• Help with purchase orders and vendor coordination
• Conduct stock counts and support with audits
• Gain experience in forecasting demand and minimizing product wastage
• Support senior staff in preparing weekly inventory reports

Qualifications

• Female students pursuing studies in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in beauty, salon, or fashion industry is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a full-time role
