We are looking for a professional, well-organized Frontliner / Receptionist / Inventory Assistant to be the face and voice of our beauty salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Call Center Duties:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments accurately using the salon booking system
  • Confirm and follow up on bookings and client reminders
  • Handle client complaints or concerns calmly and efficiently
  • Promote services, packages, and ongoing offers

Inventory & Administrative Duties:

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of salon products and supplies
  • Receive and log inventory deliveries
  • Coordinate with suppliers as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and product display areas
  • Assist with daily reporting and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a salon, spa, or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic computer skills and experience with POS or salon booking software
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
