SAP HCM Workforce- T&A Associate

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on SAP Workforce Time & Attendance (T&A) Associate to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on assisting with the configuration, optimization, and integration of time management and attendance processes within SAP HCM. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, payroll teams, and system teams to ensure efficient and compliant workforce management while gaining valuable experience in SAP T&A processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Support:

    • Assist in configuring SAP Time & Attendance (T&A) scenarios, including shift planning, absence quotas, and overtime rules.

    • Support the maintenance and optimization of T&A processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations.

  • Integration Assistance:

    • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate T&A solutions with Payroll, Employee Central, and reporting tools.

    • Ensure seamless data flow and system functionality across modules.

  • Requirement Gathering & Solution Design:

    • Assist in gathering business requirements and contribute to the design of T&A solutions.

    • Support the validation of processes to ensure alignment with business needs and SAP best practices.

  • Testing & Issue Resolution:

    • Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues and system gaps under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Documentation & Training:

    • Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and process workflows.

    • Provide support to end-users during UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.

  • Collaboration & Compliance:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to SAP standards and organizational policies.

    • Stay updated on SAP T&A best practices and relevant regulatory changes.

  • Communication & Coordination:

    • Exhibit strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills to effectively support team members and stakeholders.


  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Up to 1 year of experience in SAP Time & Attendance (T&A) configuration and support.

    • Familiarity with SAP HCM Time Management and related modules.

    • Exposure to integrating T&A processes with Payroll, Employee Central, or reporting tools is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Basic understanding of SAP T&A configuration, including time recording, shift planning, and absence management.

    • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP HCM solutions is an advantage.

    • Ability to create and maintain functional documentation and test scripts.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process efficiency.

  • Certifications (Preferred):

    • SAP Time Management or SAP HCM certification.

    • SAP SuccessFactors certification.
