SAP Inventory / Warehouse Management (IM/WM/EWM) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management Consultant to design, configure, and support end-to-end warehouse and inventory processes within SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP IM and WM or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), with a solid understanding of logistics execution and supply chain operations. This role is key to ensuring efficient inventory accuracy, optimized warehouse operations, and seamless integration with core SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP Inventory Management (IM) processes including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory
  
• Design and implement warehouse processes in SAP WM or SAP EWM, including putaway, picking, packing, and storage strategies
  
• Manage and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations and inventory lifecycle processes
  
• Integrate SAP WM/EWM with MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and FI (Finance) modules
  
• Support warehouse structure design, including storage types, bins, and handling units
  
• Configure and support inventory accuracy processes including cycle counting and stock reconciliation
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  
• Perform system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and production support
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to warehouse and inventory processes
  
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across inventory and warehouse transactions
  
• Support go-live activities, user training, and post-implementation support
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices in warehouse operations
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM, IM, or EWM
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and inventory management processes
  
• Proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP inventory and warehouse solutions
  
• Experience integrating SAP WM/EWM with MM, SD, and FI modules
  
• Knowledge of logistics execution processes and supply chain operations
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (C_TS452)
  

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM and embedded warehouse management
  
• Familiarity with RF framework, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation tools
  
• Knowledge of advanced warehouse strategies (wave management, slotting, labor management)
  
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for warehouse operations
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies
  
• Understanding of inventory KPIs and warehouse performance metrics
