SAP MM Functional Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP MM Functional Specialist to manage and optimize end-to-end procurement and inventory processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role requires strong functional expertise, business understanding, and collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP MM processes across the procurement lifecycle
• Handle PR/PO processing, release strategies, and pricing procedures
• Manage vendor master data and purchasing info records
• Oversee inventory management, goods movement, and GR/IR processes
• Support MM-FI integration and basic financial postings
• Coordinate with WM/EWM interfaces (preferred)
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects
• Provide functional documentation, user training, and support

Experience

• Education: BBA/BS/BE in Business, Supply Chain, or IT
• Experience: 5–7 years as SAP MM Functional Consultant / Key Analyst
• Certification: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement (MM)
• Implementation Exposure: 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including 1–2 in renowned manufacturing organizations
• Cross-Module Exposure: Preferred
