SAP Officer

We are seeking a hands-on and versatile SAP Officer to operate and manage SAP systems across Production, Quality, Inventory, and Stock Management functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth SAP operations, data accuracy, and process efficiency while supporting system configuration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate SAP modules related to production, quality, inventory, and stock management on a daily basis.
• Monitor and update production and material data to ensure system accuracy and timely reporting.
• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP processes for cross-departmental integration.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to streamline workflows through SAP.
• Identify and resolve SAP-related operational issues; provide user support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Generate and analyze reports for production, stock levels, and material movement.
• Participate in system testing, audits, and training activities to enhance SAP utilization.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, internal controls, and SAP best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of practical experience operating SAP in production, quality, inventory, or stock management environments.
• SAP certification or hands-on experience with S/4HANA preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
