SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB lead-Associate Manager

Accenture is seeking a hands-on SAP RCM/Onboarding lead-Associate Manager to support a major SAP transformation program by designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Recruiting and Onboarding processes. This role will focus on end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate management, hiring approvals, offer management, onboarding workflows, and integration with Employee Central, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding solutions to support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting workflows, including candidate management, hiring approvals, and offer management.
  • Configure and optimize onboarding workflows to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
  • Ensure integration of SAP RCM and Onboarding modules with Employee Central and other HCM systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring system reliability and data accuracy.
  • Provide expertise in SAP RCM and Onboarding functionality and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for recruiting and onboarding solutions.
  • Generate and deliver reports on recruiting metrics, onboarding progress, and compliance tracking to support HR operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting and onboarding processes and system capabilities.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in SAP RCM and Onboarding implementation, configuration, and management, with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in SAP RCM and Onboarding modules and integration with Employee Central.
  • Proficiency in candidate management, hiring approvals, offer management, and onboarding workflows.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding is an advantage.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system and process challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, regulations, and industry standards related to recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and support.

  • Preferred Qualifications:


  • SAP certification in Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of global talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
