Join our growing Supply Chain team at Huntsman Istanbul (Tuzla), Turkey. This site plays a key role in our regional operations, and we’re looking to strengthen our team with a talented planning professional. We are expanding our planning capabilities to meet increasing customer demand and drive operational excellence.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our production plans are aligned with customer needs and factory capabilities. In this role, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

As a SC Production Planning Specialist / Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Developing, monitoring, and adjusting production plans to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders

Coordinating with factory teams to align capacity, materials, and production schedules

Translating demand forecasts into effective production strategies

Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in planning processes

Managing stock levels and ensuring inventory is within defined windows

Collaborating with supply chain, sales, and customer service teams for seamless execution

Providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and challenge the status quo

Ensuring timely and accurate production planning, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination

Driving planning excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations

Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

2–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations (preferred)

Fresh graduates from reputable universities with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply

Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, APO, OMP, Kinaxis is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
