Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolders to join our construction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to instructions and site plans.
• Inspect scaffolds regularly to ensure stability, safety, and compliance.
• Follow all company and site HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures.
• Assist in loading/unloading scaffolding materials safely.
• Tag scaffolds appropriately and report unsafe conditions or defects.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers for daily scaffolding activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scaffolder in construction or industrial projects.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Valid Scaffolding Training Certificate (CITB, Aramco, or equivalent).
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
• Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and procedures.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Starting from SAR 2,500 (depending on experience)

• Overtime (OT): As applicable, based on project requirements
