We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scaffolder to join our dynamic construction team . In this vital role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures that ensure the safety and efficiency of our projects. Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards
• Inspect scaffolding components regularly for stability, damage, or wear, ensuring all equipment is secure and compliant with regulations
• Collaborate with team members to plan scaffold layouts that optimize access and safety for ongoing construction activities
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently during all phases of work
• Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections, modifications, and work progress for project documentation
• Assist with loading and unloading scaffolding materials and tools at job sites
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks efficiently while prioritizing safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety standards such as OSHA regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans related to scaffolding layouts
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights comfortably
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety compliance
• Valid certification in scaffolding or relevant safety training (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of construction site operations and hazard recognition
