Job Description
About The Opportunity:
Managing the day to day project activities and assigned resources (People, material, time) in accordance to the agreed SLAs.
Responsibilities
-
Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects (i.e. assigning daily activities, production load calculations, adjusting production volumes) in accordance to Team Leaders direction.

Ensure that regular huddle meetings are performed to ensure maintain close coordination between project staff.

Perform end-of-day activities before project staff leaves (individual and team targets met, site is clean etc.)
-
Ensure that weekly production reporting is shared internally and externally.
-
Perform quality audits (Physical, data etc.) to ensure that work being performed is within the agreed error tolerance margins.

Manage HR related items: scheduling vacations, managing and maintaining attendance time sheets, assist in performance reviews, assist in training /re-training needs for staff. .

Perform key activities in order to support invoicing and MIS generation processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
-
Training in Data Confidentiality, Quality Assurance, Excel

Customer service and operational experience
-
Knowledge of working in/and supervising a team.

Knowledge of time management, resource management, and attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers handling knowledge

Project supervision and client liaison experience
