Job Summary

Reliable Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Healthcare Scheduler to coordinate and manage client care schedules. This role is essential in ensuring that clients receive timely, consistent, and high-quality care by effectively matching caregivers with client needs.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for caregivers and clients
• Assign staff based on availability, skillset, and client needs
• Communicate schedule changes to staff, clients, and families in a timely manner
• Ensure all shifts are filled and address call-outs or last-minute changes
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
• Work closely with nursing staff and leadership to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Assist with onboarding coordination, orientations, and staff scheduling setup
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, staffing coordination, or administrative support (home care preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of home healthcare operations is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Meditech, or similar)
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
