Scheduling Coordinator/ Admin Assistant

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Assist with data entry tasks, to include scheduling clients
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents
- Solicit new clients

-Sending out certifcations

- Answering incoming calls as well as make outgoing calls to existing clients
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Calendar
- Experience using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to transcribe and type documents accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

-Ability to multi task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
