Screen Printing Operator

SeaSide Silk Screening is actively seeking an experienced Full-Time Automatic Screen Printer to join our team as we gear up for the busy Spring season.

We provide a dynamic, forward-thinking work environment powered by state-of-the-art equipment, including:

• Four M&R automatic presses
• M&R Uni-Kote
• Douthitt Wax DTS
• ShopWorks Onsite production automation

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating automatic screen print presses while upholding excellent quality and consistency
• Handling complete press setup, teardown, and screen production
• Managing layout, workflow logistics, and meticulous quality control

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the production side of the apparel decorating industry
• Minimum of 1 year operating automatic presses
• A positive attitude and demonstrated history of stable, consistent employment
• Leadership experience or the ability to train and mentor apprentice team members is a major plus
• Flexibility to work weekends when needed
