Script Writer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Script Writer who can independently conceptualize, write, and refine compelling scripts for digital, social, and commercial content. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, and audience psychology, and can translate brand objectives into clear, engaging narratives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and write high-quality scripts for digital, social media, and commercial video content
• Develop scripts for short-form and long-form formats including ads, reels, YouTube videos, brand films, podcasts, and interviews
• Write scripts aligned with brand tone, campaign goals, and platform-specific requirements
• Collaborate with creative teams, videographers, designers, and marketers to interpret briefs and shape strong content narratives
• Adapt scripts based on feedback, revisions, and production requirements
• Ensure scripts are clear, engaging, and structured for visual storytelling and performance
• Research topics, target audiences, and brand messaging to enhance authenticity and relevance
• Create hooks, CTAs, and dialogue that drive engagement and retention
• Optimize scripts for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads
• Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content
• Manage writing timelines and deliver scripts on schedule without compromising quality
• Stay updated on content trends, formats, and storytelling techniques

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong writing and storytelling skills with excellent command of language
• Experience writing scripts for digital, social, and commercial content
• Ability to structure scripts for pacing, clarity, and audience engagement
• Strong understanding of social media and content-first storytelling

Ideal Candidate Profile (Preferred):

• Requires minimal to zero training
• Strong creative thinking with a commercial storytelling mindset
• Experience in brand, lifestyle, real estate, or commercial content is a plus
• Can work fast while maintaining clarity, creativity, and quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
