Role Overview

Manages Agile delivery, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, maintains sprint structure, and ensures effective execution using ClickUp and other project tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review & Retrospective.
• Manage sprint boards, dashboards, and workflows in ClickUp.
• Collaborate with Product Owner for backlog refinement & priorities.
• Track burndown, velocity, capacity and team performance.
• Remove blockers and improve team efficiency continuously.
• Share progress reports and maintain sprint transparency.

Technical Skills & Tools

Software & Tools: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com
Documentation: Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, MS Office
Diagramming: Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma (flows/UI mapping)
CRM (Pre-Sales): HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce (basic use)

Technical Understanding:

• API workflow understanding
• SQL basics for reporting needs
• Cloud awareness (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of AI/LLM-based automation
• SDLC methodology
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
