Role Proficiency:
Partner with up to two business and technology teams to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts; delivering the business vision.
Outcomes:
- Team coordination: Ensure teams operate to agreed team cadence. Provide support to help teams reflect learn and improve on their Agile practice
- Dependency coordination: Support teams to ensure smooth collaboration among ‘extended’ team members wherever required and enable clear visualisation of dependency blockers
- Track and manage team Visual Management Boards: Help teams maintain their team data and collateral; keeping them relevant over time to changing needs of the business
- Continuous improvement: Provide mentoring support to Product Owners and team members to refine their understanding of Agile practices
- Support Product Owners in each team to engage inform influence and negotiate with stakeholders using product backlogs (prioritized based on value) as the basis for discussions.
- Work with the Agile coach to ensure alignment to Agile values and principles.
Measures of Outcomes:
- Percent of increase in Agile maturity as defined by the maturity tools i.e. adoption of Agile practices and participation within the team
- Percent of achievement in OKRs or KPIs as defined for project / program
- Number of contributions to Scrum Master guilds to improve Agile adoption; creating sustainability

Additional Comments:
Scrum Facilitation Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Ensure the team understands and follows Scrum values, principles, and practices. Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and psychological safety. Collaboration & Communication Work with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog. Promote transparency of work and progress through metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity). Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove cross-team blockers. Process Improvement Drive adoption of Agile best practices across the organization. Support the team in improving workflow efficiency and delivery quality. Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision making. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to guide teams toward continuous improvement. Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II). Background in software development or IT project management. Knowledge of scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
