Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Discovery &amp; Relationship Building<ul><li>
Lead &amp; execute 360 MUA strategy for the brand by identifying and engaging with emerging and established makeup artists globally, especially those with standout artistry or strong digital influence.</li></ul><ul><li>
Build and nurture long-term relationships with MUA talent across all tiers.</li><li>
Develop and maintain a global roster of key artists, collaborating closely with regional markets to spotlight new and rising talent.</li></ul>
Partnerships &amp; Engagement<ul><li>
Drive meaningful collaborations between Huda Beauty and MUAs through product launches, events, content, and campaigns.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with Influencer, PR, and Brand teams to develop personalized seeding and outreach strategies.</li><li>
Coordinate artist involvement in shoots, branded content, masterclasses, event appearances, and co-branded partnerships</li><li>
Ideate and execute bespoke product kits and mailers for MUAs to drive brand love, social buzz, and product advocacy.</li><li>
Create strategic campaigns and opportunities to help engage MUAs in core product categories to drive brand awareness, authority, and loyalty.</li></ul>
Relationship Management &amp; Growth<ul><li>
Act as the primary point of contact for MUA partners, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.</li></ul><ul><li>
Maintain strong artist relationships through ongoing support, creative opportunities, and exclusive activations.</li><li>
Track relationship engagement performance to identify key opportunities for long-term partnerships.</li></ul>
Insights &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Monitor social reach, content performance, and emerging beauty trends to inform talent strategy.</li><li>
Support data tracking and reporting to measure ROI and performance of artist collaborations.</li><li>
Deliver clear recaps and actionable insights from artist activations to internal stakeholders.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field</li></ul><ul><li>
4+ years' experience in influencer, celebrity, or talent management - ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.</li><li>
Proven success leading large-scale campaigns or experiential activations; MUA-focused events are a strong plus.</li><li>
Deep understanding of social and digital media, influencer ecosystems, and the professional MUA landscape.</li><li>
Strong network of media, talent, and influencer contacts.</li><li>
Excellent relationship management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>
Confident communicator with a solutions-first mindset and strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Multilingual and global experience is a plus.</li></ul>
