We&rsquo;re looking for a versatile 3D Generalist to join our team in Izmir or Istanbul! In this role, you&rsquo;ll become a key player in shaping the visual identity of our games. Your primary focus will be Smashball, where you&rsquo;ll bring a vibrant, stylized cartoon world to life, but you&rsquo;ll also be the go-to expert for our new hyper-casual projects.<br>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>You will have impact and fun at work by:</b></h3><ul><li>
Crafting diverse assets from scratch, including characters, props, and environments in both cartoon and hyper-casual styles.</li><li>
Owning the full 3D pipeline by handling modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, rigging, and animation.</li><li>
Integrating your work into Unity, ensuring everything from render pipelines to scene setups is polished and bug-free.</li><li>
Bringing worlds to life with VFX by creating and implementing visual effects directly within the engine.</li><li>
Collaborating closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to meet high creative and technical standards.</li><li>
Sharing your knowledge and participating in agile development to help the team constantly improve.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience and skills we are looking for:</b></h3><ul><li>
Expertise in 3D software, with a strong preference for Blender, to create high-quality assets.</li><li>
A solid grip on Unity, including experience with scene setup and content integration.</li><li>
A keen artistic eye for shape, color, light, and composition to make our games look stunning.</li><li>
Mobile optimization skills, showing you can create beautiful low-poly assets that run smoothly on mobile platforms.</li><li>
Animation and rigging talent, with the ability to move both characters and objects naturally.</li><li>
Style adaptability, backed by a portfolio that showcases both vibrant cartoon aesthetics and minimalist styles.</li><li>
Great communication skills both in English and Turkish that help you share ideas and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.</li></ul><div>
