Responsibilities<ul><li>
Plan and execute flights to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew on board.</li><li>
Oversee all aspects of the flight, including take-off, landing, and in-flight procedures.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with the First Officer to ensure proper communication and teamwork in the cockpit.</li><li>
Maintain meticulous records of flight activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li><li>
Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, policies, and procedures.</li><li>
Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly, following established protocols and procedures.</li><li>
Act as a positive brand ambassador for Beond and uphold the company's high standards for customer service and luxury travel.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).</li>
<li>Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on A320 aircraft.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.</li>
<li>Experience working in multi-cultural environments.</li>
<li>Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
