Schedule and develop sales activities and obtain approval from the Corporate Sales Manager, maintaining and developing customers in the region or industry according to the plan.</li><li>
Attend Sales events, as required</li><li>
Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner</li><li>
Welcome key customers, team leaders and VIPs to the hotel when they arrive as required</li><li>
Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors, including key customers and their output, hotel rooms, catering, conference related promotion information, and promptly feedback the information to the Commercial Director / Director of Sales/ ADOS/ Corporate Sales Manager.</li><li>
Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the hotel and the management company</li><li>
Update all Opera Sales and Catering account profiles and contact profiles after every call to maintain a proper profile of all corporate/government accounts</li><li>
Responsible for room night and revenue production from allocated accounts</li><li>
Follow up on all sales leads.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
University degree in a related discipline preferred</li><li>
Preferably luxury brand experience in a similar position</li><li>
Excellent communication and organization skills</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities</li><li>
Ability to work within a team</li><li>
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English Language.</li></ul></div>
