Recommend effective launch model for NPDs within indirect sales model</li><li>

Experience &amp; Qualifications</p><ul><li>
University Degree in Business or related field</li><li>
7+ years of sales experience with a leading FMCG company;
</li><li>Solid Experience working in multifunctional team/matrix environment
</li><li>Strong experience in P&amp;L management and distributor working environment
</li><li>Natural collaborator, confident communicator with strong leadership, influencing and people skills</li></ul>
