Your Profile &ndash; What do You bring as </b><b>Accounting Manager</b><b>?</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.</li><li>
Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in accounting or finance, with prior managerial experience in a multinational production environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).</li><li>
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>

Your Tasks &ndash; What You can expect as</b><b> </b><b>Accounting Manager</b><b>?</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.</li><li>
Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.</li><li>
Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.</li><li>
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.</li><li>
Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing training and performance evaluations.</li><li>
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.</li><li>
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions.</li><li>
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
